The Episcopal rite of baptism calls us to "strive for justice and peace among all
people, and respect the dignity of every human being” (Book of Common Prayer, p. 305). Contact the clergy for more information on baptism for all ages.
This is the sacramental rite in which the candidates "express a mature commitment to Christ, and receive strength from the Holy Spirit through prayer and the laying on of hands by a bishop" (BCP, p. 860). Traditionally, this sacrament is done in the pre-teen years, but it is available to all who have been baptized. Contact the clergy for more information.
