We had a grand opening of the ‘People of Faith’ photography exhibit on November 22nd. A big thank you to the artists Nicolò Sertorio, J Michael Tucker, and Father Mauricio and to everyone who joined us!
The show is on display until January 18, so plan to spend some time immersing yourself in Oakland’s faith landscape through compelling portraits of spiritual leaders, paired with audio interviews. ‘People of Faith’ showcases striking photographs of Oakland’s faith leaders. The exhibit explores their stories, their transformative work, and the ways they serve as both anchors and mirrors for their communities—reflecting the struggles, hopes, and ongoing transformations that shape our city.
